Bedford’s Patrons of Music Students (POMS) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer organization that has supported music programs in Bedford through fundraising and service to the community for more than 50 years. The goal of POMS is to give each willing student a chance to be heard through the expression of music. POMS Fundraising Efforts Support the students and music faculty of Bedford with supplem

entary funds and services to help make the vibrant music program in Bedford all that much better. Funding goes toward:

- enrichment programs
- instruments
- costume rentals for musical
- teaching aid purchases for classrooms
- teacher training and stipends
- scholarship awards for graduating seniors
- scholarships for drum major camp

🎺 Marching Band Season is Here! 🥁

Back-to-school is right around the corner, but our high school marching band is already way ahead of the curve!

~Hard Work Pays Off~
Around 50 dedicated students crushed band camp last week, perfecting their drills, color guard routines, and field formations.

~Growing Strong~
We have nearly 60 students signed up for the marching band this year! 🎉

Catch these incredible student musicians and performers lighting up the field all year long at:
- 🏈 Football halftimes
- 🇺🇸 Veterans Day & Memorial Day events
- 🎪 Bedford Day & local parades

🚨 TWO WEEKS until the 2026-27 school year kicks off! 🎒✨ Are you ready? (Honestly... we are definitely not ready yet either 😅).

BUT GUESS WHAT IS?! 🏈🍔🍿

The POMS Snack Shack is officially prepped and ready to serve up the best burgers, hot dogs, popcorn, and game-day snacks for our Fall sports season! 🎉

Huge THANK YOU to our amazing volunteer cleaning crew for scrubbing, shining, and getting the Shack ready for action! 🙌
