IMPORTANT SUPPRESSOR UPDATE
We know many of our customers have been asking about picking up their suppressors by simply completing a 4473 and NICS background check.
At this time, this has NOT been finalized.
There is still a 60-day window associated with this process, and American Arms will not risk our FFL, our business, or—most importantly—our customers by acting before the matter is officially settled.
While there may be other local gun shops willing to take that risk, American Arms is not going to be one of them.
This isn't just about protecting our license. It's about protecting YOU, our customers. The last thing we want is to release a suppressor prematurely, only to have the ATF come knocking on a customer's door because everyone jumped the gun too soon.
This is something the fi****ms community has waited years to see happen, particularly when it comes to our Second Amendment rights. We've waited this long, so we're asking everyone to please be patient just a little longer and allow the process to be completed properly.
When it is officially finalized and we can legally move forward, we will be ready.
Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and your continued support of American Arms Indoor/Outdoor Range.
Protect the customer. Protect the license. Do it right the first time.
