At the end of each day, we close with the Doxology Hymn. If you've never heard it, this hymn was composed in the 1600's by Thomas Ken.

The words are as follows:
Praise God from whom all blessings flow;
Praise him all creatures here below;
Praise him above, ye heav’nly host;
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

Our goal each time we gather is to remind our students and faculty who we are ultimately serving and why- Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who blesses us each and every day!

During our Schole class today, students got to write letters to Military and First Responders that will go in care packages Operation Gratitude sends to thousands of people each year.

We appreciate that these people are called to serve in a unique way and we love them for it! It's a blessing to our student body to have the opportunity to express their love and gratitude in this way.

Before we broke for Thanksgiving break, we held our own community feast to fellowship as a school!

"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." -Acts 2:42

Our generous families also donated canned and boxed goods, which we collected for Christ's Haven For Children. We joyfully prayed over and donated canned and boxed goods to support this ministry. What a beautiful community we have in Cedar Hall.

DIGITAL SAFETY TRAINING Now open to families outside CHCA!

Date: Tuesday, October 22
Time: 7:00-9:00 PM
Location: 3420 Brown Trail (Masterpiece Church)

Parents, please join us as we hear from Buddy Knight from Knights' Quest Ministries. He specializes in equipping parents with the tools needed to navigate our digital age well. He will give us real-world, practical information about how to create tech-safe homes for our kids.

We are excited to share that Cedar Hall is able to supplement the expense of this parent seminar and this means a family ticket will only cost $15. Yes, this means that all of the adults in your family may attend for a total of $15. Cash at the door, or please Zelle Leslie Vail at [email protected].
