Rooted in Scholé, inspired by Charlotte Mason, & guided by timeless classical principles, we meet twice a week to learn in peace, wonder, & fellowship.

Day 1 on the books! Looking forward to a great school year!

We love when our kids get to do fun things such as dressing up for Wacky Wednesday and doing karaoke in music class!

Do you think if we tag Forest Frank enough he will see this?!

April Fools!! The kids thought we were doing a flood drill 😆 so they were asked to take off their shoes and stand on their chair, pretending like there was a flood coming.

What a fun way to start our wacky Wednesday!

At the end of each day, we close with the Doxology Hymn. If you've never heard it, this hymn was composed in the 1600's by Thomas Ken.

The words are as follows:
Praise God from whom all blessings flow;
Praise him all creatures here below;
Praise him above, ye heav’nly host;
Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.

Our goal each time we gather is to remind our students and faculty who we are ultimately serving and why- Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who blesses us each and every day!

During our Schole class today, students got to write letters to Military and First Responders that will go in care packages Operation Gratitude sends to thousands of people each year.

We appreciate that these people are called to serve in a unique way and we love them for it! It's a blessing to our student body to have the opportunity to express their love and gratitude in this way.

"Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility count others more significant than yourselves."

Before we broke for Thanksgiving break, we held our own community feast to fellowship as a school!

"They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." -Acts 2:42

Our generous families also donated canned and boxed goods, which we collected for Christ's Haven For Children. We joyfully prayed over and donated canned and boxed goods to support this ministry. What a beautiful community we have in Cedar Hall.
