We want to shoutout team member Vivian for an incredible event At the Buinger Bistro.

The Culinary Arts Crew had an event today where they served food. The courses included a salad, a main dish, and a dessert. It was a really nice event and two of our servant leaders were in attendance to show support!

This week in culinary arts A1 & A3 helped us stock up on chicken stock, and we hosted secondary district counselors and diagnosticians for a lunch and tour of BCTEA. Then we enjoyed tasting new trends and learning about catering from our guest Chef V. Finally, we ended the week with our Practicum students creating their own compound butters. We can't wait for our Bistro soft opening next week!
