East Park Martial Arts mission is to help our students attain a happy and successful life through the We specialize in American Combat Ju-Jitsu.

Great night of classes last night! Didn't get pics in kids class, parents please post in comments if you can!
Mondays from 5 to 6 is a great time for parents to come get some exercise with their kids! The class from 5 to 6pm is open to everyone regardless of age etc!! Parents this is an excellent opportunity to do something a little different with the kids, come give it a try.
Mondays
5 to 6pm conditioning/cardio (everyone welcome! You do NOT have to participate in any of the other classes to participate in this. This is a no contact (you won't get hit) class.
6 to 8pm competition class for anyone signed up for a tournament or anyone over 12 years old that wants to come. Great time to get some work/reps in.
Anyone wanting to compete, this is a necessary class!
