Beckley Water is proud to recognize Source Water Protection Week.

Before water is treated for our community, it begins at a source. Locally, Glade Creek Reservoir and Sweeneysburg Well Field play that important role.

Caring for these resources supports water quality and helps reduce treatment challenges. People can help by keeping waste out of storm drains, disposing of medicines and household products properly, using water efficiently, and reporting spills or illegal dumping.

Protecting water starts at the source.
