Mullens High School Class of 1973

Just wanted to let everyone know we recently lost another classmate. Donnie Vickers passed away around Christmas time. Not sure of the exact date.
But none the less I hate so much to hear of losing an old friend. Please keep his family in your prayers! Love and prayers to all! ❤️

What a wonderful Saturday evening we had last weekend, celebrating our 50 year class reunion. It was such a joy to see so many classmates we haven’t seen in years! I think, and I pray that everyone had a great time! Most want us to do it again in two years, so hopefully we can make that happen!! I’ll be adding photos soon so be sure to check back! Big thanks to Sandy Goad Bonham for getting in touch with Susan Kemp Bowling to start the ball rolling! Susan called me and we got right on it! Susan took care of most everything so we ALL owe her a big Thank You for all she did! At the request of almost everyone, we hope to get together again in a couple of years, God willing! So until then all my fellow classmates, cherish the memories, remember one another in prayer, and be thankful for our “Class of 1973”! Hugs and prayers to each and every one of you! ❤️

Come on all you Class of ’73 classmates! Time is running out for our 50th class reunion. You still have time to register for our July 29th celebration!! It’s only $30 per person and we would love to see you all! We’ve lost several classmates over the years and this could be our last chance to see one another! This reunion isn’t about who we’ve become or what worldly possessions we have, it’s about one last chance to see the people who were a big part of our lives for many years until everyone went their own way! Please let us know as soon as possible if you can make it. We would truly love to see you, one more time! Love and prayers my friends!

Dear 1973 classmates: Can you believe it’s been 50 years since we walked out of Mullens High School for the last time as a student? I honestly don’t know where the years have gone! Susan Kemp Bowling and I have gotten together and planned a small class reunion for July 29th at the school. We’ll have a small catered dinner and just spend a couple of hours getting reacquainted. Details below! If you’re able to make it, please let us know! We would love to see you! Due to a lack of time and not knowing where everyone now lives, we thought FB would be the best way to contact classmates.
