The historical and historic P@P™ conferences digs deep into the roots of Contrology. Bringing you not only lost or refurbished apparatus and Joe's exercises but current science that shows Joe truly was 50 years ahead of his time.

This years focus is on the Universal Reformer, we'll have reformers that start with Joe's claw foot reformer, Original Jr. reformers, and Gratz reformers from the 80's, 90's 2000's including foldable and Richtone Design's wood claw foot reformers that used Joe's original to copy from the 1990's and 2000's.

131 years ago Clara Pilates was born and the rest is Contrology History!

Let's all be thankful to this amazing woman who along with Joe made Contrology what it is and spent a second lifetime in the US developing, promoting, teaching and training so that so many have the jobs and work as "Pilates teachers" today!

Plus the millions who are benefiting from these teachers now in almost every country in the world.😊

She wasn't in the background she was by his side every day teaching and helping run the studio as well as the rest of their life together.

Thank You Clara!
