Exploring the art of Glass Fusion was a wonderful way to welcome in the summer! From cutting, to pre-firing, to creating the final mural, the experience was inspiring for all. Collaboration was key to the process. The children loved working together as they looked forward to the story that the final piece would share.
What surprises you in these images? What do you wonder about? We’d love to hear your thoughts!
On another note, would you like to join us for a glass workshop? Adult or Child?
Or both? We’d love to share what we’ve been learning!
A special thank you to Pacific University’s Early Learning Center for the opportunity to collaborate. Thank you to Lucy Chaille, Gary Hunt, and Casey Betcher for supporting the exploration and to Bullseye Glass and glass artist Kurumi Conley for materials and technical support!
