We're running a 1/4 HYROX Simulation with heats of 4 athletes starting every 6 minutes.

Sign up for a heat time in Wodify. Warm-up will be posted on the board, please arrive early, be warmed up, and ready to go when your heat starts.

🔥 Congratulations to Anuj Rampal, the BSC Athlete of the Month! 🔥

Before joining BSC, Anuj struggled with consistency and structure in his workouts. He wanted to stay active and get stronger, but without a clear plan or guidance, it was difficult to stay on track. Since becoming part of the BSC community, he’s built stronger habits, gained confidence, and made real progress both physically and mentally.

One of Anuj’s biggest realizations was how important structured programming and coaching can be. Once he stopped guessing and started following a plan with guidance from coaches, everything started to click. Fitness became more purposeful, progress became more consistent, and showing up each week became part of the routine.

What keeps him coming back? The coaching and the community. From supportive coaches to members who encourage each other every day, Anuj says the people at BSC make even the toughest workouts better.

He’s inspired by the hardworking people around him and is a great example of what consistency, commitment, and showing up can do over time.

We’re proud of the progress Anuj has made and excited to see what’s ahead for him. Make sure to congratulate him when you see him in the gym! 🔥

On top of all his progress in the gym, this past month Anuj also welcomed a baby boy into his family. 🩵

Anna comes to BSC with an athletic background as a former college javelin thrower. She’s strong, moves incredibly well, and is excited to get back into consistent training. You will mostly see Anna at the 6:30am class. Make sure to say hi and welcome Anna when you see her in the gym! 👏🔥

MURPH is tomorrow at 8:00 AM & 9:30 AM

Every year on Memorial Day, we take on Murph to honor the fallen soldiers who sacrificed their lives serving our country. ❤️

What matters most isn’t how you complete Murph, it’s why we do it.
