An education association representing teachers in the Hillsboro School District 1J. In 1996 the District resulted from the unification of the Farmington View, Groner, Hillsboro, Hillsboro Elementary, North Plains, Reedville, and West Union School Districts.

Hillsboro Hops Educator Appreciation Night. Thank you to the educators who participated in tabling. We gave away 300 books! Thank you to our PE Teacher of the Year, who threw the first pitch. Thank you to our HEA choir for singing the National Anthem.

Great fun after the May Day rally at First Friday! The Blue Ox was a great venue! We'll definitely be back! Thank you to those who attended and learned how to throw axes! Good times! This month we had a tie for the school with the most attendance between Imlay Elementary and R. A. Brown Middle School.
