A special start to the school year at Valley Catholic.

This morning, we welcomed Archbishop Alexander K. Sample to campus for our First Week of School Mass. Students, faculty and staff from across Valley Catholic came together to celebrate Mass and begin the new school year as a community.

We are grateful to Archbishop Sample for joining us and spending time with the Valley Catholic community. Thank you to everyone who helped make his visit a special one.

As Valley Catholic High School prepares to welcome students back to campus, we’re excited to begin the new school year with Krista Gram ’95 serving as VCHS Principal.

A Valley Catholic alumna and longtime educator, Krista brings experience spanning pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. She began her career teaching and coaching at Blanchet Catholic School and later returned to Valley Catholic, where she has continued to serve the school community.

Krista earned a master’s degree in education from Western Oregon University and holds an administrative license from the University of Oregon.

Please join us in welcoming Krista to her new role as VCHS Principal as we look forward to the 2026–27 school year!

Sisters of St. Mary of Oregon Ministries Corporation President, Sr. Adele Marie Altenhofen, is pleased to announce that Dr. Judd A. Case has been selected to serve as the next Valley Catholic School President.
