With our student showcase done last Saturday, we conclude this academic year! For the first time, we had Carnatic music students also on stage (we Carnatic music lessons were offered for the first time last year!).
We will have a summer intensive (dance) for a few students, from June 22 until July 10th. Time to focus and work on improving technique and work in an unhurried way on abhinaya pieces.
We will resume group classes in Redmond and Renton in mid September.
1:1 and small group classes in Bellevue (home studio) are on-going. If you’re an adult looking to get back to classical dance, whether you’re a complete beginner or have learnt a bit and have had a fairly long break, please do message us - let’s discus your lesson plan to get back into the fascinating world of Indian classical dance!

Our annual student showcase Manjari (meaning: bouquet) is around the corner! Our students will present what they learnt this past academic year, from September 2025 to June 2026.
This year we also present our music students! (Carnatic music classes offered alongside Bharatanatyam classes).

A local-area musician and rasika has worked out an entire curriculum on Carnatic music appreciation. This is an important step for students who wish to pursue learning music.
