You're never too old to start something.

I love this dance because of the deliberate nature of the movements. So often acroyoga/acro dance videos I see look rushed, like they are hurrying from one pose to another to cram them all in. Here, they take their time and allow each pose, or sequence, to play out, without speeding through it to get to the next one. This is what I aspire to in our acrobatics classes.

For the month of December, I'd like to extend free Tai Chi classes to all comers. If you have a friend or coworker who needs to destress, refocus, just needs an hour of 'me' time, let them know they are welcome to class Mondays @ 8 PM.

Pa-Kua isn't just for kids or adults, skinny or overweight, male or female. It has classes for everyone, and everyone is welcome. Attendees to the aulas (open class) come from all over the country, and all over the Americas, to meet and learn from each other. It's a privilege to act as a conduit for Pa-Kua knowledge, and I look forward to many more years of being part of this family.
