ゲームをやめさせたい😫

そう思うのは、

子どもを心配しているからですよね。

目が悪くなるんじゃないか。
依存するんじゃないか。
勉強しなくなるんじゃないか。

イライラの奥には、

「心配」があります。

でも、

ゲームを取り上げることと、

自己管理力が育つことは、

イコールではありません。

🌱忙しいお母さんのできること

① 5分だけ本気で聞く
「何が面白いの？」
否定せずに聞くだけでOK。

② 子どもの世界に少し入る
全部理解しなくていい。
興味を持つ姿勢だけで十分。

③ ルールは一緒に決める
「何時まで？」
「終わったら何する？」
自分で決めたルールは守りやすい。

④ 叱る前に問いかける
怒鳴ると止まる。
問いかけると育つ。

ゲームが楽しいのは当たり前。

問題は、

ゲームしか楽しくない状態。

だからこそ、

現実にも小さな「楽しい」を。

長時間じゃなくていい。

短くても、濃い時間を。

取り上げるより、

任せられる子に。

コントロールより、

自己管理へ。

ゲーム問題で悩んでいる方、
きっと多いですよね。

🌱 What busy parents can do

① Really listen for just 5 minutes
“What do you like about it?”
No judgment—just listen.

② Step into your child’s world a little
You don’t have to understand everything.
Just showing interest is enough.

③ Set rules together
“Until what time?”
“What will you do after?”
Rules they choose are easier to follow.

④ Ask before you scold
Yelling may stop them.
Asking helps them grow.

その道はまだ細くて短い。

すぐ消えてしまいそうなんです。

宿題で復習すると、
その道が太く、長く、強くなる。

この道が増えれば増えるほど、

困ったときに
「正解にたどり着く道」が見つかる。

だから宿題は、
先生のためじゃない。

自分の脳の道を増やすためにするんだよ。

もうひとつ大切なこと👇

野球のイチロー選手は、
子どもたちにこう話していました。

「嫌なことでも頑張ってやる練習だよ」

大人になると、
やりたくないことでも
やらないといけないことが増えます。

そのときに頑張れる力をつけるための練習。

“頑張る力”の練習。

だから宿題は、

These paths connect what we learn.

Every time we learn something new,

those paths become stronger, longer, and clearer.

It’s for your own brain—
to build more learning paths.

A famous baseball player, Ichiro, once said:

“Homework is practice for doing things you don’t want to do.”

we all have things we don’t feel like doing.

Homework helps children practice
pushing through those moments.

We tried this viral Hinamatsuri craft 🌸

It’s not just cute—
it created so many “I did it!” moments for the kids ☺️

But this activity doesn’t end with just making.

Before the craft,
we looked at photos and learned about the meaning of Hinamatsuri,
connecting with Japanese culture 🎎

After the craft,
we played with hiragana cards, making words like “ひなまつり” ✨

Hands-on → Understanding → Language

This is what we call “active learning”—
learning through doing, experiencing, and expressing.

でも実は——
漢字は“回数”では覚えません。

覚えられない子の多くは
「覚えていない」のではなく

👉 **“見ていないまま書いている”**んです。

早く終わらせたい子ほど
・部首だけ先に書く
・あとから残りを埋める

こんな書き方になりがち。

これでは
いくら書いても覚えにくいんです。

大切なのは——
✏️ 書く前の“観察”

たった10秒でもいいので
こんな声かけをしてみてください👇

・この部首、見たことあるね
・どんな意味があったかな？
・この中に知っている漢字はある？

👉 形や意味を見てから書くと
驚くほど覚えやすくなります。

漢字は「回数」より「観察」。

この習慣がつくと
言われなくても
自分で見てから書ける子になります✨

最初は少し時間がかかっても
それがいちばんの近道です。
