The first book, coming soon, investigates all basic aspects of understanding the guitar and its role in music, from practice, ensemble playing and technique to music theory, the physics of sound and philosophies of universal design. An honors graduate of Berklee Co

llege of Music and Musician's Institute, Joel also teaches privately and is developing web-based courses in guitar and music theory.

This was personal, but I’m showing everybody! Because if anybody ever wondered why sharing music is great, this exemplifies the answer. One of my best, most enthusiastic students, and a great friend has gifted me 3 pieces of his original art- beautiful metal prints of a stunning event in nature that he managed to photograph.
I’ve had accomplishments, an occasional award, sometimes I’m paid well. But with this here, I am at my proudest. Thanks Dick! I hope everyone tells you they’re impressed with your progress as much as they tell me they are. And we aren’t done yet!
