“Speaking things into existence” is nice and all but the reality is often times we forget what we want to commit to.

Write down small simple tasks on a notepad daily and cross completed tasks out as you go, it’s doable, manageable and much more realistic.

Start with (3) tasks at first and work your way down the list. You’ll find that you can accomplish smaller goals first that may lead to tackling bigger goals at the same time.
