I wanted to let all of our parents, past and present, know that we will no longer be posting any pictures or videos to social media that show any children’s faces. Due to the most recent ruling on AI images we have decided to make this change. We will be deleting existing images off our Wee Care page.
Pictures will still be shared on Brightwheel for our currently enrolled children, for those who have given permission to do so, BUT please do not share any pictures on social media that include any other children’s faces. As always, our decisions are for the safety and wellbeing of the children in our care.

On Tuesdays, in our preschool class, we practice our handwriting by making lines, shapes, and the letters we have learned. As the year moves along we will add more skills. They get a couple minutes of free drawing before we move to guided drawing where we try our best. We know preschoolers can do hard things and practicing is how we learn. We use broken chalk helps ensure proper grasp.

Update for those on our wait list:
Unfortunately due to low staff we are having to put a hold on any new enrollments at this time. We are actively looking to fill full time and part time positions. Once we are able to do that will will resume filling any open spots that we have.
Our goal is to always provide safe and nurturing care and we have to be adequately staffed to do that. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you know of anyone that could be a perfect fit to join us staff-wise please send them our way!

Children may not remember every toy, treat or big day out. But they often remember the little things that happened again and again.

The same silly goodnight phrase. Friday pizza. A song in the kitchen. Hot chocolate after a hard day. A walk to the shops where they get a few minutes of your full attention.

These small family traditions can be a quiet way of saying, “You belong here. You matter to me. I’m here.”

They do not need money, planning or a perfect family routine. In busy homes, even ten minutes after school, a weekly film, or a note in a lunchbox can become something a child looks forward to and carries with them.

Pick one small thing that feels doable this week. Repeating it matters more than making it impressive.

🧸Job Title: Assistant Teacher – Christian Preschool (Full-Time)
Position Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week) No weekends or evenings AND part time afternoons (exact start time is flexible)

We are seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to join our Christian preschool team. The ideal candidate has a heart for young children, enjoys working in a faith-based environment, and is committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom experience.

📚Responsibilities:

Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson implementation.
Supervise and care for children in a safe, loving, and respectful manner.
Support children's social, emotional, spiritual, and academic development.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
Communicate professionally with staff and families.
Follow all preschool policies and safety procedures.
Qualifications:
Patient, loving, and nurturing toward young children.
Dependable, positive, and a team player.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently bend, kneel, and stand throughout the day.
Comfortable working in a Christian, faith-based environment.
Previous childcare or preschool experience is preferred.
Must be over 18 years old and pass multiple background checks.

⏰ Schedule:
Full-Time Position:
Monday through Friday 8:30-5:30, ability to work until 6pm
40 hours per week
Par-Time Position:
Monday through Friday, 1:30-5:30, ability to work until. 6pm, with opportunity for full day substitute
