The art studio is officially closed. I have retired after 19 years in the art studio and a total of 50 years teaching art to children and adults. I will still be painting at my home studio so I will keep u posted on new works. Many many thanks to all the amazing students I have had the pleasure to teach drawing and painting. It's been a joy and my life's passion and I am grateful to all the support I have received over the years. What a thrill to watch all of u evolve into fine painters. Merci!! Hugs Carol

After 19;years at this location and 40 + years elsewhere I will be retiring from teaching art classes. . The art studio will be open until dec31;so if u are out and about stop by ..lots of really affordable paintings. The space is also available for renting. Really affordable and it's in the best block in Beaver. Thank u to all the students and art lovers for allowing me to have the thrill of a lifetime!!! Hugs

The art studio will be participating in the art Walk on sat oct 5. 10 to 4. Since I am retiring there are at least 50 plus paintings from 25.00 to 150.00...for sale...... there are stillife, florals,landscapes, and portraits of various sizes. The art studio will be open until the end of december for ur Christmas shopping.

The art studio will participate in the beaver art walk. Come up and enjoy looking at the studio and if course paintings . I will have some down on the sidewalk and if course information is available on art classes and studio space. C u tomorrow!!!!!

Good morning from the art studio in beaver. Classes are on vacation but there is an art exhibit in the art studio for the summer. Hours are the same as the beaver yarn shop. Hours posted on the door..open Wed thru Sat. Stop by and leave me a note....I m out painting!!!!!! Enjoy ur summer. I am!!! Carol

Art classes are on summer break but the art studio has a summer gallery exhibition of pastels and some oil paintings. Stop in any wed,Thurs,Fri or SAT,(( hours on the door,same as yarn shop) and enjoy browsing and enjoying the paintings. As an added treat stop and c Susan's beaver yarn shop. Her hours are posted on the door. Have fun!!!!!!! C u in Sept when classes start back up.

January has been an exciting time at the art studio. We have Olivia Davis a senior from beaver high as a student teaching assistant for our Monday after-school youth art class. She will use these 6 months in the studio for her senior project.

The Tuesday and Wed after-school youth classes are exciting as well. A few starting oils;others working in pastel. Come and see these classes. U will be amazed!!!!!

Adult classes Monday night,Tuesday morn,and wed afternoon are exciting as well .come and see students working on self portraits in preparation for portrait workshop in April.

I'll snap some photos for next months update!!!

Since art classes are finished until we start up again in January, the art studio has a small display of oil paintings. Feel free to stop in any day but Tuesday and look around.

Cant believe its august already and time to get the art classes for children and adults organized in rhe art studio. The classes will start the first week in sept. That means the summer art gallery will be replaced with easels and become the classroom again .. So if anyone is interested in seeing the paintings they will hang until the 20th of august. Anyone interested in art classes please let me know.

For the months of June July absconded to Aug 15 the summer art gallery will be open at the art studio. We are open the same hours as the beaver yarn shop. Open Mon .closed Tues. Open Wed Thurs Fri and sat. Stop by anytime and enjoy the paintings. I won t be there as I lol be out painting but Susan the yarn shop owner keeps the gallery open when age is there.
