Another great day for Duster athletes! There was friendly competition out on the track this morning followed up with weights and abs in the weight room.

45 athletes today, we were missing our 19 cheerleaders and several are gone for church camp this week. We hope our cheerleaders learn new, exciting things and bring back school spirit!

Here are some photos of another great workout. 66 athletes showed up this morning to get better and to push themselves. The coaching staff is already seeing a big difference in these athletes from day 1 to now. It’s not all about changing physical appearances, it’s about developing the mental strength it takes to be great and to learn how to conquer tough situations. So many of our kiddos are already exceeding their own expectations and setting higher goals for themselves, keep it up Dusters!

Finished the week with 68 athletes.

There are exciting things happening at Beaver Schools!!

Come join us on Monday, June 15th to join the Dusters and Lady Dusters and become part of the family!!

JH/HS session starts at 6:50am with a morning devotional led by our coaching staff and workouts are from 7:15am-8:15am

Little Dusters are from 8:15am-9:15am
