Band Parents,
The band picnic is this Saturday at 12:00. People wishing to help with setup and prepping the Providence Baptist Church East Campus are welcome to arrive at 11:00. Your students have more information being sent home via letter. Hope to see you there!

This year's Spring concert is getting close. The concert will be on May 5th (Tuesday) at Providence Baptist Church at 6:00 in the west campus. Come out and support the Beauregard Band! Also, the high school and beginner bands will combine for the first time at the Spring Football game on May 8th. The students are to be at the high school band room at 5:30.

A last minute reminder to parents about this week's rehearsals. The band will be rehearsing after school this week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. These will end at 5:30 each day. Just like we did during marching season. Last week a letter was sent home detailing the events for MPA. We will be performing a a parent preview on Tuesday at 5:30. The real MPA performance is on Wednesday. Ask your student for the itinerary.

Here is a reminder for all Beauregard Band Students. The concert is TOMORROW *TUESDAY THE 16TH AT 6:00 PM*

The report time is 5:15 for students. The students are also supposed to bring a dessert to the concert.

Clarinets - Sugar Cookies
Saxophones - Brownies
Trumpets - Chocolate Chip Cookies
Trombones - Chips and Dip
Tubas - Nuts
Percussion - 2 regular sodas 1 diet soda (2 liter bottles)

The band is getting closer to having the materials for the props donated. However, we do not yet have all of what we need. Therefore, we will NOT be painting props tomorrow. Have a good weekend everyone!
