We’re excited to share another alumni update!
Anna Kate Owens ‘22 and Grace Ross Owens ‘21 recently began teaching at classical schools.
Anna Kate teaches kindergarten at Providence Classical School in Houston, Texas. She loves teaching her young students and is grateful for the opportunity to help shape their lives with truth, goodness, and beauty through a classical education. She credits her Veritas education with challenging her to think independently and develop beliefs rooted in a biblical worldview, which she is excited to pass on to her students.
Grace teaches Biology and Chemistry to rhetoric students at The Ambrose School in Boise, Idaho. She credits her Veritas education with not just putting facts in her head, but also teaching her how to learn. Through her experiences at Veritas and Baylor University, she has come to value the importance of critically analyzing science through a biblical lens. She is excited to use science to teach her students that Christ is the source and the goal of all creation!
We’re grateful to see Anna Kate and Grace using their gifts to shape the next generation for the glory of God! We’re proud of our growing community of Alumni Lions!
