Looking back on the last week of school with our Class of 2026!
Senior Recognition Day is a cherished Veritas tradition where we celebrate our graduates, recognize their accomplishments and contributions to the school community, and present scholarships awarded by community representatives. The time concludes with a meaningful time of prayer as students gather into respective House groups to pray blessings over their graduates.
Congratulations, Class of 2026!

Happy Retirement to our favorite Lower School jokester, Mr. Franklin! Thank you for all you have done serving Veritas Classical Academy. You have truly imprinted the joy of the Lord on our students and we are forever grateful. Please don't be a stranger, visit whenever you like, and keep laughing!

The enrollment deadline for the fall is almost here, but there is still one more opportunity to be a part of the 2026-27 school year at Veritas. We invite you to attend the next Informational Meeting and find out why the classical, Christian education that Veritas provides is the choice for so many families in Southeast Texas.
The FINAL Informational Meeting for admissions into the 2026-27 school year begins on Tuesday evening, June 2nd, at 6:00 pm at our Upper School campus, Riverside Church, 530 N. Main Street in Beaumont, Texas.
You can find further details and information here:
https://www.veritasclassicalacademy.org/informational-meeting
The meeting will give you the opportunity to hear about the vision and mission of Veritas Classical Academy and have your questions answered. This meeting is the first step in our admissions process and the next step in your children's education. We look forward to seeing you there!

Senior Spotlight:
Carter Ingram is an easy-going and fun person to be around. He brings the party everywhere he goes, and you can often find him without a care in the world. He prioritizes being true to who he is and not being afraid to show it.
Some of his hobbies include reading manga and other light novels, along with playing video games in his free time. According to Carter, his hobbies and interests tend to come in phases where he gets really passionate about something for a while, then eventually moves on to a new interest.
After graduation, he has made plans to attend Lamar University to pursue a nursing degree, with the goal of becoming an ER nurse.
During his time at Veritas, he recalls his favorite class being Literature with Mrs. Almquist. Something he loves about Veritas is how close everyone at the school is.
The small-scale environment creates a supportive atmosphere where every student is known and valued.
Some advice he has for students who come behind him is not to procrastinate, because the bliss that sometimes comes with procrastination does not last when you realize the reality of the assignment.

Alumni Spotlight:
Anna Kate Owens ‘22 graduated from Texas A & M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management. During her time as an Aggie, she served as Chaplain for her sorority, Kappa Delta, was selected as an 1879 Society Ambassador, and worked as a group fitness instructor.
Anna Kate’s next step includes serving as a Kindergarten teacher at Providence Classical School in the fall. She is excited to help young learners seek the true, good, and beautiful!
As she reflects on her journey, Anna Kate is thankful for the way Veritas helped her grow in her faith while challenging her to think independently and communicate clearly and confidently.
We’re proud of Anna Kate and all she continues to accomplish!
