Awana Weekly Update❗️
This week, we wrapped up the inspiring story of Boon at our Awana Wednesday night. Equipped with the gospel, Boon started sharing the good news of Jesus with those around him. However, when war loomed close to home, forcing the missionaries who ministered to Boon to leave, he faced a tough decision. Should he go with them, or stay in his small village? Despite wanting to leave with them, he felt called to stay and serve as a missionary to his village. Eventually, the missionaries lost all contact with Boon. Yet, we are inspired by Boon's unwavering faith amid oppression. His story serves as a powerful reminder of the impact of the gospel and the tireless work of missionaries across the globe, who continuously touch lives like Boon's everywhere.
