Math expectations have changed drastically. 3rd grade students are performing tasks that 5th/6th grade students were once required to perform. The classroom sizes have doubled and the state's curriculum requires teachers to move on and spiral in a hope that every student masters the concept at one point. Parents, Get proactive!!!
