The TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) measures reading, listening, speaking, and writing skills in an academic setting.

💙 More than a certification. A journey that makes an IMPACT.

For this IMPACT SETX graduate, the program provided more than the tools to enter the teaching profession—it provided meaningful connections, real-world experiences, and the confidence to believe in herself as an educator.

One of her proudest moments came when a parent reached out to thank her for believing in their child—sharing that their child had learned to love reading and, for the first time, felt capable of succeeding in an ELAR classroom. ❤️

That’s the kind of IMPACT that goes beyond learning objectives. It’s about helping students see what they’re capable of—and helping future educators see what they are capable of, too.

Reilly also shared how Cindy Moss, her IMPACT SETX Field Supervisor, was always there to answer questions, provide relatable and constructive advice, and remind her that she was capable of becoming an educator.

We’re proud to help prepare educators who are ready to make a difference—one student, one classroom, and one story at a time. 🍎📚
