𝓢𝓾𝓶𝓶𝓮𝓻 𝓒𝓪𝓶𝓹 𝓕𝓾𝓷!🦖🦕 Week 1 of Magic Tree House Camp with Mrs. Meinel & Mrs. Owens was “DINO-mite” fun! Campers participated in fossil digs, fizzy volcanoes, and life size dino crafts while reading Dinosaurs Before Dark. What a great week and fun AND learning!

Drum roll, please! Jessica Paulk has by no means been a stranger between momming and subbing, but she is coming back to work with Corinna Stinger in PreK3. Wow, how about that for a dynamic duo?!

Please join us in welcoming our new 5th grade teacher as Jayda Steen returns to her first love--4th grade! We are so excited for Mrs. Steen as she begins this new chapter, and we cannot wait for our students and families to meet the newest member of our Lower School team, Zoë Mihalas.

𝖲𝖾𝗇𝗂𝗈𝗋 𝖲𝗉𝗈𝗍𝗅𝗂𝗀𝗁𝗍!✨ We are extremely proud to spotlight our BA Class of 2026 Valedictorian, Cohen Xavier Weaver! Cohen, or "Coco", has been a student at Beaufort Academy since the 7th grade. His favorite part about our school has been the ability to "become very acquainted with the school and meet all sorts of interesting people". Rat Week ranks as his top memory & he will miss all of his friends next year--but, mostly, daily talks with Mr. Byrne. Cohen is "excited for this next chapter and to continue to grow as a leader".
In the fall, Cohen will be attending The Citadel to study Biology in pursuit of a Pre-Med degree. His advice to the senior class is, "Get started on college applications early and only apply to the colleges that really matter to you". Cohen has been an academic standout during his time at BA, but also has a not so well-known talent of being able to roll and cut sushi! Cohen is always thirsty for knowledge and never settles for less than his best. The Citadel is getting a great one, and we wish him all the best! Go Dogs!

Congrats, Cohen! 🦅

𝓢𝓮𝓷𝓲𝓸𝓻 𝓢𝓹𝓸𝓽𝓵𝓲𝓰𝓱𝓽!🌟 Today we are thrilled to spotlight the BA Class of 2026 Salutatorian, Colton William Stinger! Colton has been a student at BA since the 7th grade. His mom, Corinna, is a teacher in the preschool, and his dad, Bryan, is a familiar face on campus as both a BA Board Member and Coach. So you could say, they're an "all in" family! The freedom of the outdoor campus along with "Chick-fil-a Mondays" have been his favorite parts of his school experience, while winning the 2025 Soccer State Championship ranks as his top memory!
Colton plans to attend Clemson University in the fall to study Computer Engineering. His advice to the junior class is, "Start your college applications early". Throughout his time at Beaufort Academy, Colton has been a student with tremendous leadership and unwavering integrity. He has earned the respect of coaches, teachers, as well as fellow peers. He's been a phenomenal role model for our younger students & we have no doubt he'll continue on a great path of success!

𝓦𝓻𝓲𝓽𝓮 𝓞𝓷! ✏️ Congratulations to 6th graders, Wren Hart & Eva Robinson on placing in the Lady Hibernians of Beaufort County Essay Contest about Irish Influence on American History! Both girls were awarded certificates & monetary rewards today at the MS Awards Banquet. Eva placed 3rd in the county and Wren placed 1st in both county and state! Awesome job girls!
