We are so excited to kick off the new school year tomorrow and can't wait to welcome our Owls back to MOES! 🦉💙 Doors open at 7:15 a.m., and parents are invited to walk their child to class tomorrow only while taking a moment to check out the beautiful classrooms our teachers have worked tirelessly to prepare. We can't wait to see you all tomorrow for an amazing first day!

Today we had the pleasure of welcoming our new staff to MOES! They kicked off the day with a fun scavenger hunt while getting to know our school, our team, and what makes MOES so special. It was an OWL-some way to start the new school year!

Ms. Oels, Ms. Harris, Ms. Snipes, and Mr. Ogle attended the Innovative Schools Summit in Nashville to learn new strategies and ideas as we prepare for the new school year. We can't wait to put what we've learned into action to make it a year of learning, growth, and success!

Last week, our staff lined the halls to celebrate and cheer on three incredible retirees as they concluded their years of dedicated service. Congratulations to Mrs. Jernigan, Mrs. McElveen, and Mrs. Dangerfield on their well-deserved retirement! The celebration ended with a special surprise as their families presented them with flowers, making the moment even more memorable. 🎉❤️💙
