Okay y'all I have been talking to a few of my colleagues and it seems most people that want/need a life coach are stay at home moms. And it turns out that most stay at home moms feel like they cant afford one. So what i am going to do for the month of April is give away 4 sessions for $100 to the first 4 stay at home moms that message with code "SAHM". That totals out to less than $30 a session! Hi everyone! Every Friday will now be "Advice Friday"! Send us a private message with explaining something are needing advice on and we will get back to you between the hours of 9am and 6pm every Friday with advice if we need more info we will communicate that to you. Everything starts with change. All you can do is take it day by day and everyday do something better than the last. Make a goal for each day and start with something small. Maybe smile at yourself in the mirror or help someone at the grocery store, tell someone you like their hair. Just one little thing and everyday add something new that you wouldn't normally do and after a few weeks you will see a change in your outlook on life!
