💛💙 2026 - 2027 Beardstown High School Officer Spotlight💛💙

This week’s Officer Spotlight will be Carsen Hammack. Carsen will be serving as the chapter’s Sentinel for the 2026-2027 school year.

As chapter sentinel, Carsen will:
• Be stationed by the door
• Welcome members and guests and maintain a friendly environment
• Assist the President in maintaining order

Carsen’s goal as Sentinel this year:

My goal this year is to focus on increasing my involvement and learning more about my position so I can give back more to our chapter.

This week’s Officer Spotlight will be Jaylyn Coil. Jaylyn will be serving as the chapter’s historian for the 2026-2027 school year.

As chapter historian, Jaylyn will:
• Be stationed by the chapter scrapbook/scroll
• Maintain records of chapter activities, events, and member accomplishments

Jaylyn’s goal as Historian this year:

My goal this year is to keep our meetings running smoothly, build memories together as an FFA chapter, and dive into new experiences with all of our members!

This week’s Officer Spotlight will be Ola Quigley. Ola will be serving as the chapter’s reporter for the 2026-2027 school year.

As chapter reporter, Ola will:
• Be stationed by the American flag
• Promote the chapter
• Communicate FFA events to the public through multiple media resources

Ola’s goal as Reporter this year:

My goal this year is to bridge the gap between the FFA chapter and our community by sending in announcements and newsletters into the local newspaper as well as creating posts about events the chapter is doing as well as our accomplishments and more.

This week’s Officer Spotlight will be Johann Flores. Johann will be serving as the chapter’s secretary for the 2026-2027 school year.

As chapter secretary, Johann will:
• Be stationed by the ear of corn
• Keep accurate and detailed records at meetings and events
• Maintain member attendance

Johann’s goal as Secretary this year:

My goal is to create a more organized system of communication to make meeting and events more simple. I also want to make a bigger impact in FFA by organizing impactful events and participating in set events.
