Innovative Kids Early Learning Academy is excited to welcome Ms. Shardae Yancey as the Director of our Hockessin location!

Ms. Yancey brings more than 15 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, along with a strong background in educational leadership, teacher instructional support, and family support initiatives. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has dedicated her career to creating high-quality learning environments where children, educators, and families can thrive.

Throughout her career, Ms. Yancey has demonstrated a passion for developing and supporting educators, strengthening relationships with families, and ensuring young learners receive the strong educational foundation they deserve. Her leadership philosophy aligns perfectly with the mission of Innovative Kids—to provide children with an environment that is nurturing, engaging, academically enriching, and focused on the whole child.

As Director of Innovative Kids Early Learning Academy – Hockessin, Ms. Yancey will lead our team of educators, support our families, and help establish the culture of excellence that has become the standard at Innovative Kids.
