Attention Chaperones! Background checks were due July 1. If you have not had one done in the last two years and have not gotten one done yet, please take care of this ASAP.

Background checks are good for two years. If you have completed a background check (for Sixth grade camp or Eighth grade DC trip) within the past two years, you may use those results and please email results to [email protected].

All background checks will be completed by INTEGRITY VERIFICATIONS.
They are open 9am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday and no appointments are needed. Drivers License or State issued ID must be brought with the parent. (https://www.integrityverifications.com/)

A BCI needs to be completed for all chaperones that have lived in Ohio greater than 5 years and costs $40.

Parents that have not lived in Ohio 5 years or more, must have a BCI run in addition to an FBI check as well and that costs $85.

The test results must be mailed to 19646 Kylemore Dr. Strongsville, OH 44149. ** Parents need to bring this address with them to the appointment, so it is sent to the correct location.
