Peter E. Hyland Center Peter Hyland Center is an alternative high school campus of choice for Goose Creek CISD students.

PHC provides the opportunity to build stronger relationships between the teachers, staff, and students; lower student to teacher ratios that allow for more individualized instruction and intervention; the capacity to allow students to move at an accelerated pace to earn credits more quickly and to transition to other courses more flexibly throughout the school year; and post secondary discussions that help students' transition.
