To my Cadets. Six years ago, I started this new journey. Watching each of you grow as leaders, students, teammates and young adults has been the greatest honor of my life.
We were never just about uniforms, or inspections, or drill, or PT. We were about building character, learning discipline, finding confidence and discovering what you are capable of.
Some of you came in shy and unsure of yourselves and now walk these halls with pride and purpose. Some of you tested my patience but still became the Cadets I am proudest of. Through every formation, laugh, yell, run, community service event and hard conversation, we became a team that sometimes felt more like a family.
As you move forward, remember what the program has taught you. Lead with pride. Stand tall in difficult moments. And take care of one another.
You will ALWAYS be "my cadets" no matter where life takes you.
Thank you for the memories, the challenges, the privilege of watching you grow and always making my job easy. 🫡🥹
