Good Morning Cardozo Families,



I am aware that many of you have imminent concerns regarding the incident that transpired on our campus yesterday. In response to those concerns I am hosting two virtual meetings today for parents/guardians that have questions for me or who are just looking for a summary of the events of the day. Unfortunately, as this is an ongoing police investigation, there are many details that I will not be able to share at this time, but I do want to provide a forum to address as many concerns as I can.



Our DOE Zoom system only allows me to host meetings with a guest capacity of 300 participants. Since we are a large community, I will hold two meetings so that all parents/guardians that want to sign in will have the chance to do so. If you do not make it into the first session due to overcrowding, please feel free to join the second session where the same material will be covered.
