What a HUGE SUCCESS! 🥋💥

Our Self-Defense Street Survival Seminar at Stanlaw Fitness was filled with enthusiastic participants who brought incredible energy, determination, and a willingness to learn. Everyone stepped outside their comfort zone, trained hard, and gained practical skills that could one day protect themselves or a loved one.
I gave an empowering lecture about the law , practsafety 1st and Police intervention is key.

One of the most valuable lessons of the day was P.A.C.E.:
P – Prevention
A – Assess the situation
C – Calm yourself and the situation—don’t panic
E – Evaluate your options, call 911, make a police report, and press charges if you’ve been assaulted or violated.

The best self-defense is prevention. Preparation builds confidence, and confidence promotes safety.

Happy Birthday to my son, Shihan Austin “AJ” Wright Jr.! 🎉🎂

Born at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base while I was proudly serving on active duty in the United States Air Force, AJ’s journey began surrounded by service, honor, and dedication.

This special photograph captures him with Lt. General James Brown the Vice Commander who was a distinguished three-star General of Tactical Air Command. It was a remarkable moment that symbolizes a legacy of leadership, discipline, and excellence.

When someone asks if I’d pray with a person like me,

my answer goes deeper than words because I stand in the gap and in fire for the people I believe in and those in the struggle or a dark place. I would go to war for a person like me. My loyalty isn’t casual or convenient; it’s rooted in faith, steady and unshakable. I show up in prayer, in their struggle, and in truth. Because real loyalty is rare !
And with that being said,
Prayer moves like unconditional love, given without limits and held with strength, miracles and faith fueled by the Holy Spirit ❤️.
