This upcoming Monday, in addition to our traditional Open House activities. We will also be hosting two informational sessions on bullying prevention. We have partnered with local resources to present on defining bullying, we will also speak to what we are doing proactively to prevent these behaviors, and how we respond when we get reports of bullying behavior. The first session will start at 4:15 and the second session will be at 5:15. Both sessions will be presented in the library.

Welcome back families and community,

We are excited to get the 2026 - 2027 school year started very soon. Hopefully you all got our welcome back letter. If not, that's ok, it is attached below. We are excited to be celebrating these intermediate school days, as these are the days that become our foundation. A couple of important upcoming dates.

Wednesday Aug 12th - General education classroom assignments will be shared. The classroom teachers will be reaching out to families. Be on the lookout for an email from your child's teacher.

Monday Aug 17th - From 4-6pm will be our Open House. Please join us this evening to drop off your supplies, check out your classroom and meet the BIS staff.

Tuesday Aug 18th - The first day of school. The tardy bell rings at 8:00am and we get out of school at 3:40pm.

Let's embrace the challenges everyday with a positive attitude!! Together we can become a place where all students thrive and grow!!

It's teacher appreciation week!! We started the week off with some trail mix, because we know teaching is an adventure and you need fuel to get you through to the end.
