I’ve learned that sometimes the way we hide…
is by looking like we have it all together.

Smiling, showing up, doing what needs to be done—
while holding a lot inside.

If you’ve ever felt that, you’re not alone.

We’re all just learning how to be a little more real. ❤️

When you lose a child, the only thing you want is your child back.
And that’s the one thing you can’t have.

Grief changes you forever.

But here’s what you do still have—
the power to decide how you move forward.

You can let grief define you…
or you can let it refine you.

You can stay stuck in the pain…
or you can slowly rebuild a life that still has meaning, love, and purpose.

And the same is true when you’re walking through divorce, heartbreak, or broken relationships.

Loss comes in many forms.
But healing is possible.

As someone who has walked through deep grief myself, I now help others:

✨ Navigate grief and loss
✨ Heal after divorce or relationship breakdown
✨ Rebuild confidence and self-worth
✨ Find hope and direction again

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

I’m opening a few spots for 1:1 coaching right now.

If you’re ready for support and real tools to move forward, send me a DM and we can schedule a free consultation call.

Your story isn’t over.
Healing is still possible. ❤️

When a sibling dies, the world changes in a heartbeat. Oftentimes, when such a loss occurs, others fail to recognize that the surviving sibling faces emotional battles on many fronts while working through the loss.

If you have never lost a sibling, you don't know the pain and hurt the person feels on a daily basis! People go on about their daily lives and forget that you are still dealing with a loss. đź’”

This is me walking through my grief.
Even after 14 years.

Some years hit harder than others, and this one has surprised me. The sun, the roads, my kids driving all over for work and school—it all takes me right back. The anxiety creeps in without warning.

I don’t know why this year feels heavier, but I do know this:
Grief and trauma are real. They don’t run on a timeline. They don’t disappear just because time has passed.

If you’ve ever loved deeply and lost, this will make sense. 🤍

If you’ve ever loved deeply and lost, this will make sense. 🤍

If you’re waiting for me to shrink myself so you’ll be comfortable, don’t hold your breath.

Loss burned away my patience for fake apologies, half-effort friendships, and people who only show up when it’s easy.

I’ve seen what matters.
I’ve watched the clock run out on someone I love.
I’ve learned the hard way that life is too short to waste on shallow connections.

I’m not going to chase anyone.
I’m not going to pretend your silence doesn’t speak volumes.
And I’m not going to water myself down so I can fit into a space that doesn’t value me as I am now.

If you want to be here, be here—fully.
If you can’t, that’s okay. Just don’t expect me to carry the weight of keeping us connected.

Grief made my world smaller,
but it also made it real.
And I’ll choose real over easy every single time.

đź’” Many marriages struggle after the loss of a child.

I remember learning that grief can pull couples apart and thinking… why?
When you’ve already endured the worst pain imaginable, how could it not bring you closer?

But grief changes everything — how you communicate, how you cope, and how you experience emotional and physical intimacy.
When intimacy is affected, couples often feel disconnected, misunderstood, or even alone — even while loving each other deeply.

What I want you to know is this: there is hope.
Healing is possible — individually and together.

I refused to let grief take my marriage, and now I help others navigate loss without losing each other.

🤍 If grief has impacted your relationship, your connection, or your intimacy and you don’t know how to move forward together, I’m here.

I offer 1:1 relationship and grief coaching (Zoom or phone) where we work on:
• Rebuilding trust, connection, and intimacy
• Healing as individuals and as a couple
• Learning how to communicate through grief — not around it

đź’Ś Message me if this resonates with you or someone you love.
You don’t have to do this alone.

Sending love, hope, and healing this February 🤍

Real question…

Does anyone else feel like they’re trying in their relationship but still feeling disconnected?
Or carrying grief that shows up when you least expect it?

I work with people who love deeply, feel deeply, and are tired of pretending they’re “fine.”

I’m opening up a few low-pressure coaching spots and offering special rates for a short time.

If this hits close to home, send me a DM. We can just talk.
