Well, putting a double issue of The Writers' Block together last spring was 100% not easy or fun, but we got it done. It's nice to get a little recognition for our students who worked so hard on it--we were one of only 6 magazines NATIONWIDE that earned MOST OUTSTANDING HIGH SCHOOL LITERARY-ART MAGAZINE FOR 2021, by the American Scholastic Press Association. (see below) 🙂 Yay. Props to Corinne O’Connor & Owen Gaskill, editors, and Rhainon Townsend, cover art!!!
