Our 4th–6th grade artists have started working on some dragon-themed artwork inspired by the Renaissance time period! We can’t wait to see their creative masterpieces come to life. 🐉🎨

Our PreK–3rd grade artists enjoyed reading Dragons Love Tacos and then put their creativity to work by making their own collaged tacos! 🌮📚✂️

We love seeing our students learn, create, and have fun through art!

We are so proud of the students who were chosen to represent Pine Grove Elementary as Peer Helpers this school year!🖤🧡

These students have been selected to serve as positive role models, demonstrate kindness and leadership, and help make our school community an even better place. We are excited to see all the wonderful things they will accomplish!

Our 5th and 6th grade students had the opportunity to learn more about drug education through our School Counseling Prevention Program!

Our school counselors would like to give a huge thank you to Ms. Ellis for taking the time to visit Pine Grove Elementary and provide such an informative and engaging experience for our students!

We’d also like to extend a big thank you to Infirmary Health and the Drug Education Council for partnering to provide this free resource to students across the county.

It was an informative, engaging, and fun experience for our students!

🧮✨ Building Numbers, One Bead at a Time!

Ms. P. January’s students got hands-on with number sense as they worked together to build a 120-beaded number line! Students practiced counting, sequencing numbers, and recognizing patterns while creating their very own number line.

Ms. Palmer shares, “Still filled with excitement from my first GRITC experience! 🎉 I was thrilled to win this awesome 3D pin on the last day of the conference. Such a fun way to wrap up an incredible experience! 🥳✨”

GO GOLD: September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, and each year Baldwin County Public Schools comes together to recognize the children and families in our community who have been impacted by childhood cancer.

On Friday, Sept. 25, we are asking our schools to Go Gold! Students and employees are encouraged to wear yellow or gold as a show of support for children battling cancer, survivors and the families who stand beside them. www.bcbe.org/news
