We like to support any community event focused around the outdoors, hunting, and heritage, and this event in Port Hope is sure to be a great one this coming weekend! Not only are they holding a decoy show and vendors of all sorts of things, they will be having a dedication for Otto Misch’s carving shed , a true piece of iconic Americana Saginaw Bay Decoy History. Lots of things going on over there, so stop on by! Thanks for supporting the Saginaw Bay Waterfowl & Outdoor Festival as well and for being there with a booth!

It’s looking to be a GORGEOUS August summer day! The festival launches at 9am today and we have more food vendors than yesterday and are ready for another day of fun! There are a ton of great vendors and businesses and things to see and do for the kids and adults alike! Come on out to the Saginaw Bay Waterfowl & Outdoor Festival and bring your appetite! All sorts of food will be hopping when we open at 9, including one of our longest vendors and biggest supporters, Karl Jensen of What’s Popping Kettle Corn! Karl is the same Kettle Corn vendor at Northwoods Wholesale Outlet and has his operation on site by the visitors center, cranking out fresh made kettle corn! Plus Karl is one heck of a nice guy, so stop on by and say hi!
