🏈 Registration is OPEN for the 2026 Jr. Cardinals Flag Football League! 🏈

📅 Season: Sept. 9 – Oct. 17
👦👧 Who: Students in grades 1–5 from a WELS/ELS church or school
💲 Cost: $45 Early Bird (by Aug. 31) | $50 (Sept. 1–8)
📍 Where: Practices on MLS practice field (Hardin St. gate) | Games on MLS game field

Schedule Highlights:
• Sept. 8: Registration deadline
• Sept. 9: Skills drills, 5:45–6:30 p.m.
• Sept. 12: First practice, 9:30–10:30 a.m.
• Sept. 19: First games
• Oct. 17: Final games
• Oct. 23: Players recognized at halftime of the MLS varsity football game

🏃 Practices: Wednesdays 5:45–6:30 p.m.
🏟 Games: Saturdays 9:30–11:30 a.m.
👨‍🏫 Coaches: Members of the MLS JV & Varsity teams

Every player gets an MLS Flag Football shirt (game jersey) & mouth guard. Cleats (rubber only) are recommended.

Don't forget about our Welcome Back to School Night this evening, from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm! Our Home & School Connect group is putting on a hot dog meal, and the Tummy Ache candy truck will be here too!

Tonight's last "Family Fun Night" will be held outdoors as planned. Since there is a chance of rain we'd like the kids to bring gym shoes along in case we have to move into the gym. (The gym floor was just refinished and we can't allow crocs or sandals.)

Hot dogs and chips will also be at 6:00 pm! See you tonight!
