Cosens MMA is a martial arts facility in Bay City, MI specializing in jiu jitsu, MMA, muay thai, children's martial arts, personal training, and women's only weight loss boot camps. We were opened in early 2009 and our goal has always been to help our students develop physically and mentally.

Think you've got what it takes to design the next Cosens MMA t-shirt?

We're holding a company-wide T-Shirt Design Contest, and the winning design will be turned into an official limited-edition Cosens MMA shirt.

Here's how to enter:

• Draw your design
• Take a picture of it
• Upload it at cosensmma.com/contest

Entries are due by June 22nd.

The winner will be chosen through social media voting, and students from all Cosens MMA locations can enter.

With summer break in full swing and Belt Testing coming up, this 1-hour Stripe & Belt Booster class is designed to help your child feel confident, prepared, and ready for their next belt test.
Our coaches will work with students on their specific rank requirements, curriculum, life skill definitions, sharing skills, and any technique details they may need extra help with before testing.

This is perfect for students who need a little extra attention, students who are close to qualifying, or students who want to sharpen their skills and walk into testing feeling ready.

Class Details:
Friday, June 19
Ages 5-7: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Ages 8-12: 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Space is limited so each student can receive focused coaching.
