The coronavirus has destroyed the Climate Stick Surge which was to get a Climate Stick Club in every high school and college in the country. So we are bringing you the Climate Stick Surge 2.0. This will depend heavily on social media until people can once again meet in groups. The goals are the same: grow the number of people who are members of the mass movement to end carbon burning, help create Climate Stick Clubs in schools and colleges and to have millions of names on the Supporters page at www.climatestick.org to Break the Cone of Silence by helping you talk about the climate crisis with science literally at your fingertips. The main focus is on Instagram for students and Twitter and Facebook for others with details at the website. The first thing you can do is share this on Facebook. Then send this post to your friends and relatives who are concerned about the climate crisis. Talk directly with those you know are students. Next click the Learn More button and see the details of Climate Stick Surge 2.0. And last, wear your Climate Stick and use it to talk about the climate crisis, which will be much worse than the virus, and will still be here after we have flatten the curve and life returns to almost normal.
