Bully Prevention Seminar was a SUCCESS!

Thank you to everyone who showed up today! It was awesome seeing these kids on the mats learning some skills that could potentially help them when it matters.

I’ve never been a big fan of the 1.5–2 hour “self-defense seminars” that charge people a bunch of money. To me, they’re a money pit—and that’s exactly why this one was FREE.

The truth is, you can’t learn real self-defense in an hour and a half. You have to train consistently and build that muscle memory so when SHTF, you don’t freeze up when it matters.

But something is always better than nothing.

My goal with these seminars is to give kids a few basic tools, build some confidence, and hopefully encourage them to keep learning.

I plan on continuing to offer these FREE bully prevention/self-defense seminars for kids before school starts and again around the middle of the school year.
