Today I’m celebrating a quiet milestone (well, I guess not so quiet anymore!).
I received my Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation. Fewer than 5% of credentialed coaches worldwide reach this level, and I feel incredibly grateful to have completed the 2+ year journey.
What this milestone represents to me, though, is perseverance.
This work happened alongside real life: full schedules, family responsibilities, community commitments, and all the everyday challenges so many of us carry.
And if I’m honest, there were moments of doubt, especially before submitting my recordings and sitting for the exam.
One of the things I feel most grateful for are the clients who trusted me enough to allow their coaching sessions to be recorded. Coaching conversations often hold some of the most personal questions leaders carry, and I never take that trust lightly.
After spending thousands of hours in coaching conversations, I’ve learned something simple but powerful.
Leadership growth rarely comes from someone giving us the perfect answer. More often, it comes from slowing down long enough to face the question we’ve been avoiding.
Those quiet moments of honesty are often where real change begins.
I’m deeply grateful to all the leaders who have trusted me with their questions along the way.
Grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey.
