CTC's CEO/GM Kristi Westbrock recently joined a panel at WTA’s Fall Educational Forum to discuss how technology is changing the way broadband providers build and improve their networks.

The conversation focused on finding better ways to bring fiber internet to more people, work more efficiently, and plan for the future.

We’re proud to have Kristi representing CTC and sharing ideas with others in the industry as we continue working to bring reliable, high-quality connectivity to the communities we serve!

A scam email is circulating claiming a CTC bill is due and asking recipients to log in to view their bill. The email includes CTC’s phone number but is signed by someone else.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

✅ Check who the email is signed by.
✅ Avoid clicking links in unexpected emails.

☀ Solar fade season is here!

From October 7–13, you may notice brief interruptions on CTC TV and StreamTV channels, typically midday through late afternoon.

Solar fade happens when the sun aligns behind satellites, temporarily disrupting the signal. You may notice groups of channels go out for about 5–10 minutes at a time.

No action is needed. Service should return on its own. If an outage lasts longer, give us a call at 218-454-1234. Thanks for your patience!
