We are 4 days away from our Winter Bash!

Just a couple of reminders - you can send in your 2 liters and Little Debbie snacks any day this week. We will take all other desserts and baked goods Friday morning. We will have a cart and helpers to collect your items at car rider drop off Friday morning. Also, Mrs Jenkins is giving Hat Day passes to students that bring in 2 liters and desserts!

We are completely out of raffle tickets so if you have any unsold tickets that you won’t be able sell, PLEASE send them back to school as soon as possible. We have many students asking for more tickets.

Winter Bash is next Friday!

We are still in need of several volunteers if you can help out. If you have 30 minutes to spare, these are the area we still need help with:

Serving tea- just filling the cups

5:00-5:30
5:30-6:00
6:00-6:30
6:30-7:00

Kitchen- serving in the food line
6:30-7:00

Selling Raffle Tickets
6:00-6:30

Winter Bash is less than 3 weeks away!

We still need volunteers to work a 30 minute shift in the kitchen, selling raffle tickets, selling dinner tickets and taking tickets for the balloon animals. If you are willing to help out in one or more of these areas, please send back the blue form next week or message us here to get scheduled.

Also, if you or someone you know would like to donate an item or a basket to our auction please reach out to the school or send us a message.

This paper will be coming home will your child today!

We need lots of volunteers to help make our Winter Bash a success. If you can spare 30 minutes of your time to work in the kitchen, sell raffle tickets or sell dinner tickets, it would be greatly appreciated.

We are asking for donations of cakes, cookies, cupcakes and pies for our dinner. We are also asking for boxes of Little Debbie’s for our Bake Walk. (This is perfect for those that don’t have time to bake!)

If you would like to help out please fill out the form and send it back by February 6th.

It’s that time of year again! Raffle tickets went home yesterday and we’ve already gotten several back! Thank you all so much for supporting our Winter Bash by selling so many raffle tickets every year!

If you don’t think you will sell the tickets that were sent home, please return them to school.

Also, please reach out to the school or your student’s homeroom teacher if you would like additional tickets sent home!

Let’s see if we can break last year’s record! 💙
