Grade Level Spelling Bee Results are In!

Congratulations to each speller!
Spelling out loud is uniquely difficult. It is much more difficult than spelling on paper. It requires the ability to concentrate - really deeply focus - while a person (in our case a very young person) is standing in front of people. We are so proud of each and every one of you!
A special thank you to Barb Galonsky for dedicating her time and passion for our students by continuing to bring the BEE to LMS each year! And thank you to our judges, Emily Demlow and Boonika Herring.

Dear 5/6 Families,
We are excited to share the launch of Lakeview Leaders. Our Lakeview Leaders will be:
⭐️Helping us build a school our community can be proud of.
⭐️Monitoring hallways and bathrooms to ensure student safety.
⭐️Welcoming new students to our building.
⭐️Assisting with lunch time.
This is open to all 5/6 students. Interested students should fill out an application and get a parent permission slip signed and turned in by Friday. We are excited to grow our student leaders! 💜
