Dance hard, recover harder 🧘‍♀️💜 DCT earned a little self-care day after a dance-filled weekend at convention! Dancers’ bodies are their instruments, and we want our students learning early that taking care of themselves is just as important as working hard in and out of the studio 🤍
•••
Thank you SO much to Shelby Marie of Shelby Grable | LMT, CMLDT for teaching the girls all about massage and stretching techniques that they can use this season! 💆‍♀️💕💃

Thank you Titans of Dance Convention for an amazing day of dance! 💙⚡️ Our dancers had a great time learning from these iconic industry professionals, meeting and moving with new dance friends, and pushing themselves out of their comfort zones. We are so proud of these girls! 🥰
•••
And special shoutout to SPARK dancers, Erisana and Addie, for being recognized by the faculty with a “Shield Of Excellence” award for their hard work all day! 👯‍♀️👏💕
