✨ TEAM BONDING FOR OUR COMPETITIVE TEAM✨

Last night wasn’t just about putting puzzle pieces together—it was about putting our team together. ❤️

Each team member was given a puzzle piece and asked to write one positive quality they bring to our team. As we shared our answers, we were reminded that every single dancer brings something special to the table. 🩰

Some bring strength.
Some bring positivity.
Some bring leadership.
Some bring determination.
Some bring encouragement.
Some bring laughter.
Some bring creativity.

Just like a puzzle, every piece matters. You can’t have the whole picture without each individual piece—and that’s exactly how a team works.

We’re so excited to watch these dancers grow, support one another, and learn that being on a team is about so much more than dancing. It’s about trust, friendship, encouragement, and lifting each other up.
Here’s to a season of putting the pieces together and creating something AMAZING! 🖤✨

🖤 A LITTLE REMINDER OF WHY WE DO THIS… 🖤

It’s not just about learning a new step.
It’s the dancer who walks in shy and slowly finds her confidence.
It’s the friendships that turn into lifelong friendships.
It’s the little ones who can’t wait to show Mom what they learned.
It’s the dancer who finally nails the skill she’s been working on for months.
It’s the laughter between classes, the crazy dance-room moments, the music, the memories… and watching these kids grow year after year. 🥹✨

That’s what makes Dance in Motion so special.

We’re incredibly thankful for every family who chooses to spend their time with us and trusts us to be part of their dancer’s journey. ❤️
We’re not just building dancers. We’re building confidence, friendships, memories, and a family.

And Season 41 is just getting started… 💃🖤
